CFSA Trained Employees Configuration

Objective:The purpose is configure CFSA - Trained Employees using the system.

  1. Login as a Legitimate system user (System Administrator) to configure CFSA Trained Employees.
  2. Go to Configuration | CFSA |CFSA Trained Employees[Image 1].
  3. Select Unit from the drop down list.
  4. Employee details can be added by entering first three letters of GFL employee or GFL employee ID/Bedge number.
  5. Subsequent employee details will be fetched and displayed.
  6. Check on Is Active checkbox.
  7. Click “Save” button to save the data then it is visible in CFSA - Trained Employees type drop down list to select.
  8. Click “Clear” button to clear the entered data.
  9. Once the CFSA - Trained Employees Master is successfully added, it will be populated in the list displayed below.
  10. From the List, click on the Action button to edit the enter CFSA - Trained Employees Master data.

Note :

  • The fields marked with * are mandatory to be filled.
