Meeting Topics Configuration
Objective:The purpose is configure Meeting-Topics using the system.

- Login as a Legitimate system user (System Administrator) to configure Meeting-Topics.
- Go to Configuration | Meeting |Meeting-Topics [Image 1].
- Select Unit, Meeting Type.
- Add UNIQUE Meeting-Topic Name & Short Code.
- Select Meeting group.
- Check on Is Active checkbox.
- Click “Submit” button to save the data then it is visible in Meeting-Topics drop down list to select.
- Click “Clear” button to clear the entered data.
- Once the Meeting-Topic Master is successfully added, it will be populated in the list displayed below.
- From the List, click on the Action button to edit the enter Meeting-Topic Master data.
Note :
- The fields marked with * are mandatory to be filled.
- Meeting-Topic name need to be UNIQUE.
