Area Configuration

Objective:The purpose is configure Plants under particular Unit using the system.

  1. Login as a Legitimate system user (System Administrator) to configure Area.
  2. Go to Configuration | Area Master [Image 1].
  3. Select Parent under which Area needs to be configured.
  4. Enter UNIQUE Area Name with Level Code.
  5. Check on Is Active checkbox.
  6. Click “Submit” button to save the data then it is visible in Area drop down list to select.
  7. Click “Reset” button to clear the entered data.
  8. Once the Area is successfully added, it will be populated in the list displayed below.
  9. From the List, click on the Action button to edit the enter Area data.

Note :

  • The fields marked with * are mandatory to be filled.
  • Level Name & Level Code need to be UNIQUE.
