Report PSAP
Objective : It allows user to report PSAP using the system.

- Go to PSAP | Report PSAP.
- Provide required details in the enabled fields.
- Unit - Default unit will be the system user’s configured unit (Auto-Select).
- Plant - Select the Plant / Project in which Safety Observation need to be reported.
- PSAP Element - Based on selection of type of PSAP Element, PSAP Sub Category will be populated.
- Upon selection of PSAP Sub category, checklist will be generated.
- If Conducting training is selected, Attendees list is Mandatory to be attached.
- If Focused Audit is selected, Mandatory fields need to be filled before submitting.
- Upon submitting, the details will be available in MY PSAP page (Slide 3).
- The submitted PSAP element can be viewed by clicking VIEW icon.
- New PSAP element details for the selected month can be added by clicking ADD button.
- Frequency , Actual, Target and Status for each PSAP Optional element will be calculated and visible in MY PSAP in disable mode.

- The fields marked with * are mandatory to be filled.
