Report PSAP

Objective : It allows user to report PSAP using the system.

  1. Go to PSAP | Report PSAP.
  2. Provide required details in the enabled fields.
  3. Unit - Default unit will be the system user’s configured unit (Auto-Select).
  4. Plant - Select the Plant / Project in which Safety Observation need to be reported.
  5. PSAP Element - Based on selection of type of PSAP Element, PSAP Sub Category will be populated.
  6. Upon selection of PSAP Sub category, checklist will be generated.
  7. If Conducting training is selected, Attendees list is Mandatory to be attached.
  8. If Focused Audit is selected, Mandatory fields need to be filled before submitting.
  9. Upon submitting, the details will be available in MY PSAP page (Slide 3).
  10. The submitted PSAP element can be viewed by clicking VIEW icon.
  11. New PSAP element details for the selected month can be added by clicking ADD button.
  12. Frequency , Actual, Target and Status for each PSAP Optional element will be calculated and visible in MY PSAP in disable mode.

  • The fields marked with * are mandatory to be filled.
