My Action

Action Item Search

Objective:Used to search or fetch required Action Item using different filters provided by the system.

  1. Login as any System User and navigate to My Task | Action Item Search screen.
  2. Using different filters available, can fetch the different records by clicking on View Search Criteria.
    1. Unit wise filtration
    2. Plant wise filtration
    3. Department wise filtration
    4. Priority wise filtration
    5. Module wise filtration
    6. Status wise filtration
    7. Task Description wise filtration
    8. Using different time lines and date range by clicking View Search Criteria.
  3. Can export the filtered data to excel or PDF format
    1. Individual record or report
    2. All Reports
  4. With the help of Left & Right arrow, table can be navigated to either right or left.
