Contractor Configuration

Objective:The purpose is configure Contractor Category using the system.

  1. Login as a Legitimate system user (System Administrator) to configure Contractor Category.
  2. Go to Configuration | Contractor Category [Image 1].
  3. Enter UNIQUE Contractor Category Name.
  4. Check on Is Active checkbox.
  5. Click “Submit” button to save the data then it is visible in Plant drop down list to select.
  6. Click “Reset” button to clear the entered data.
  7. Once the Contractor Category is successfully added, it will be populated in the list displayed below.
  8. From the List, click on the Action button to edit the enter data.

Note :

  • The fields marked with * are mandatory to be filled.
  • Contractor Category need to be UNIQUE.
