Meeting Venue Configuration

Objective:The purpose is configure Meeting Venue using the system.

  1. Login as a Legitimate system user (System Administrator) to configure Meeting Venue.
  2. Go to Configuration | Meeting |Meeting Venue [Image 1].
  3. Select Unit.
  4. Add UNIQUE Meeting Venue.
  5. Check on Is Active checkbox.
  6. Click “Submit” button to save the data then it is visible in Meeting Type drop down list to select.
  7. Click “Clear” button to clear the entered data.

Note :

  • The fields marked with * are mandatory to be filled.
  • Meeting Venue name need to be UNIQUE.
