Meeting Venue Configuration
Objective:The purpose is configure Meeting Venue using the system.

- Login as a Legitimate system user (System Administrator) to configure Meeting Venue.
- Go to Configuration | Meeting |Meeting Venue [Image 1].
- Select Unit.
- Add UNIQUE Meeting Venue.
- Check on Is Active checkbox.
- Click “Submit” button to save the data then it is visible in Meeting Type drop down list to select.
- Click “Clear” button to clear the entered data.
Note :
- The fields marked with * are mandatory to be filled.
- Meeting Venue name need to be UNIQUE.
